The company was quick to respond to my request for service. They were also very accommodating with my availability to be at home for the repair. The service person, Anthony, was super polite and clear in his explanations. The fact that he is bilingual was a plus, as he could explain things to me in Spanish. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. The work to be done was the replacement of a fuse in the breaker box. I was charged $276, which seems extremely expensive. I understand about travel time, mark up costs for parts and the cost of labor but still, I think that the bill was excessive. I was told about the charges before the repair, though. I accepted them (my other option was not to accept them, pay the $99 for the service call and try my luck with a different company). In summary, everything was impecable except for the price.

Joe Veloz was amazing. We called TLC the night prior on an emergency. The garage outlets wouldn't work and our box was running hot. He broke everything down super simple for us and helped us save money along the way. I wouldn’t recommend another emergency service. He even came back out the following day and got the EV charger hooked up 2 weeks quicker than we were quoted by another company and saved us money. Will definitely be using Joe and TLC again in the future.

I love TLC! Have been using them for many years, but today was especially awesome. Matt helped me replace some bulbs with LEDs in some fixtures I couldn’t reach, troubleshooted my landscape light issues and finally, helped install a 30amp outlet for my RV. The whole experience with TLC was easy and I was pleased with the result. I was able to book the appointment online, they called and texted ahead with ample time to ensure I was home, and arrived early in the service window. They were able to fix the issue, diagnose another issue (that wasn't electrical like we originally suspected) and update several light fixtures for us. The techs were pleasant, the owner came to oversee the job, and my only regret is I forgot to ask them to fix a light switch!

Our pantry light hasn’t been working for a while so we googled a quick electrician last night and it brought us to TLC Electrical. I immediately received a call and text and Matt was out the next day! Matt was phenomenal. He was extremely sweet, and found the issue immediately. Matt was able to fix the issue very fast and was insanely helpful for other lighting questions we had. Best google search I’ve made and I will forever be using TLC Electrical (and hopefully Matt!) for any future electrical needs!
