We had Steven come by and do electrical work. He is professional and kind. Gives you prices before performing work which lets you decide what financial decisions to make. Jake at TLC Electrical AND Joe kept us informed with a 2 hour window for arrival and also when he was on the way and an ETA. When he arrived he thoroughly explained the diagnosis and solution. I was directly shown the problem and the fixed result. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. Pricing and process were all explained up front and there were zero surprises. The price for the repair was considerably less than I was expecting. We were absolutely desperate to get it fixed the same day because we were without heat with an expected 5° overnight temperature. With the ice on the ground and frigid temperatures, we were beyond thankful for Joe. When you find someone this great, you never go anywhere else.
