Joe Veloz took excellent care of us during this recent ice storm. Communication was on point! Jake at TLC Electrical AND Joe kept us informed with a 2 hour window for arrival and also when he was on the way and an ETA. When he arrived he thoroughly explained the diagnosis and solution. I was directly shown the problem and the fixed result. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. Pricing and process were all explained up front and there were zero surprises. The price for the repair was considerably less than I was expecting. We were absolutely desperate to get it fixed the same day because we were without heat with an expected 5° overnight temperature. With the ice on the ground and frigid temperatures, we were beyond thankful for Joe. When you find someone this great, you never go anywhere else. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with TLC Electric. They sent out Joe Veloz Jr., an electrician with over 30 years of experience, to repair a coax and an ethernet port in my home. Another electrical service had previously tried and failed to fix these issues, but Joe is a genius. He was incredibly nice and immediately showed respect for my home by wearing protective "booties" upon entry. He was able to identify hidden coax wires that needed to be terminated and successfully re-wired the ethernet port. Thanks to his expertise, I am now running MOCA 2.5 over the coax connection and achieving gigabit speeds on both the MOCA and the ethernet port he repaired. Despite the complexity of the problem, Joe had it handled and fully tested in under an hour. I was constantly kept informed of his arrival time, which I really appreciated. I also learned a lot from Joe while he was working, and he made some great suggestions to improve my home. TLC Electric has earned all my future business, and I will be highly recommending them to my family and friends.
