My home was in a very serious and dangerous situation due to another company that tampered with my smart meter and improperly installed my entire breaker panel. The situation was critical. Great service and experience. Was contacted with earlier availability than what was previously scheduled, which I graciously accepted. On arrival the techs were very professional and quickly isolated and repaired the issue. Will 100% recommended to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with TLC Electric. They sent out Joe Veloz Jr., an electrician with over 30 years of experience, to repair a coax and an ethernet port in my home. Another electrical service had previously tried and failed to fix these issues, but Joe is a genius. He was incredibly nice and immediately showed respect for my home by wearing protective "booties" upon entry. He was able to identify hidden coax wires that needed to be terminated and successfully re-wired the ethernet port. Thanks to his expertise, I am now running MOCA 2.5 over the coax connection and achieving gigabit speeds on both the MOCA and the ethernet port he repaired. Despite the complexity of the problem, Joe had it handled and fully tested in under an hour. I was constantly kept informed of his arrival time, which I really appreciated. I also learned a lot from Joe while he was working, and he made some great suggestions to improve my home. TLC Electric has earned all my future business, and I will be highly recommending them to my family and friends.
