Joe Veloz took excellent care of us during this recent ice storm. Communication was on point! Jake at TLC Electrical AND Joe kept us informed with a 2 hour window for arrival and also when he was on the way and an ETA. When he arrived he thoroughly explained the diagnosis and solution. I was directly shown the problem and the fixed result. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. Pricing and process were all explained up front and there were zero surprises. The price for the repair was considerably less than I was expecting. We were absolutely desperate to get it fixed the same day because we were without heat with an expected 5° overnight temperature. With the ice on the ground and frigid temperatures, we were beyond thankful for Joe. When you find someone this great, you never go anywhere else. Joe & TLC Electrical have earned that loyalty from us.

They worked closely with the city and Oncor to properly disable and correct a dangerous condition, ensuring everything was done safely, correctly, and by the book.
They not only repaired a frightening and high risk situation, but they did so with outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. Their work was meticulous, their pricing extremely fair, and their integrity unquestionable.
